Purpose
The dashboard provides a number of charts summarising the most important data in a graphical view. The available charts are the following:
All charts can be exported as one PDF using the “Export to PDF” button.
To adjust which charts are shown, use the “Add and remove charts” button.

Number of Users by Status
The three portions of a pie chart represent the registration status of all individual users currently contained in the system:

Pressing on a chart slice or on a legend item directly navigates to the Service Data – Users overview and displays the list filtered according to the used keyword.
Evolution of User Registration
A column chart summarises user registrations for the past 12 months and the current month. The x-axis shows months; the y-axis shows new users.
Each column represents the user count for that month. User status (pending, active, inactive) is not distinguished in this view.
Credentials
The four portions of a pie chart represent the distribution of user credentials currently contained in the system, i.e., Ntrip, GPUID, Dial-in and IP-Address.
Note that users with multiple credential types are counted multiple times.
Ntrip credentials count only if the corresponding user property fields are filled. They do not count when web credentials authenticate real-time services via Ntrip.

Top GNSS Rover Types
This bar chart summarises the most common GNSS rover types based on Ntrip authentication. The x-axis shows the number of users for each rover type, and the y-axis lists the rover type names.
Evolution of Subscription Activation
A column chart summarises monthly subscription activations over the past 12 months and the current month.
The x-axis shows months, and the y-axis shows the count of activated subscriptions. Each column represents activations for that month.
Subscriptions per Article
A bar chart summarises the most subscribed articles. The y-axis lists article names, with the most popular at the top. The x-axis shows the number of subscriptions per article.

Monthly Subscription Churn Rate
Churn rate is the proportion of contractual customers or subscribers who leave a supplier during a given period. It indicates customer dissatisfaction and is crucial for any subscriber-based business.
The column chart shows churn rate over the past 12 months and the current month. The x-axis displays months, and the y-axis shows churn rate as a percentage.
Monthly Subscription Retention Rate
Retention refers to whether customers renew their subscriptions. Retention rate measures performance in attracting and keeping customers.

New Subscribers per Month
This column chart shows users who initially subscribe to an article, representing new customers entering the business. The multi-column chart displays the absolute number of new subscribers and the cumulative monthly growth rate as a percentage. The x-axis covers the past 12 months and the current month.
