Shop

Purpose and Overview

The Shop helps users to discover, order and renew subscriptions. It supports different entry points depending on whether the user is already signed in, an existing customer or a new customer. It also sends confirmation emails after orders have been received and processed.

The Shop can be configured to appear on the welcome page. The “Enable shop on login page” option can be found under System > General by the System Administrator.

The Shop lists all articles published to it (i.e. articles with status “Public”), in the order defined by the Shop Order. Article cards can be displayed in either “Grid” or “List” view.

The following information is shown on each article card:

  • Image (placeholder if none)

  • Article name

  • Price

  • Description

  • Subscription period

  • Consumption limit

  • Working area
