Navigating the main menu
The main menu on the left-hand side provides access to various functionalities.
The visibility of the menu entries depends on

the role of the user and its permissions, and

if the user has a subscription to a specific service.
Navigating the top bar
The top bar is used to provide quick access to key information.
What is shown in the top bar depends on

User Menu |
The user menu allows any user to conveniently access his User Profile and Subscriptions, choose his preferred theme (light/dark/automatic), change the UI language for the current session and log out. |

Help |
The ? icon provides context-sensitive help for the currently active page in the main area. This item is visible for all users with Admin Portal access permission. |

Licensing Status |
The licensing status indicator shows the current status of the software licensing in general and the amount of utilised and available counted options (sites, users). This item is only visible to system-level users. Clicking on the indicator opens the detailed licensing information dialogue. |

Connection Status |
The connection status icon visualised the status of connections between the different modules of the Spider suite and the configured public endpoint:

Working with tables
Most data managed by SBC appears in tables. Tables use infinite scroll to performantly show the data.
The tables display selected properties of a data record as columns. You can sort the tables by clicking any column header.
Filtering
Filtering applies to all columns in the table. Enter any string in the input field at the top left to show only matching records. Only visible column properties are considered. The input accepts all characters. The search criterion is “Is Contained”. Filtering updates as you type. Clearing the input removes the filter.

Bulk Actions
Some tables allow bulk actions, i.e., actions that can be done for all selected records in one batch.
The bulk action menu appears above the table as soon as some records in a table are selected. The menu will contain different actions depending on the type of record, e.g., delete, export etc.
Working with records
On all pages that allow entering, modifying, viewing, or deleting of certain data records, the same elements are used.
